Trevor Matthews is a busy man – he’s not only the business mind behind Brookstreet Pictures, but the co-producer of, and lead actor in, new hammer horror film Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer. This Canadian venture is the brainchild of Matthews and the co-founding members of his production company. It’s a gore-filled feature debut targeting a ready-made horror genre fan base. Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer has already released in cinemas stateside and the DVD release in early October is hinged around FrightFest – how horribly appropriate. |
